I am a certified health professional in personal fitness training and primary group exercise through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as PLYOGA and BollyX. I believe in having fun while you sweat and all of my workout classes and training sessions are formatted to help you do just that. With a strong background in both cheerleading and drill team, dancing has always been near and dear to my heart and I put my all into every sweat session.
